We offer a variety of hair extension types including sew-ins, and fusion extensions. Each type has its own benefits depending on your lifestyle, hair type, and desired look.
How long do hair extensions last?
The lifespan of hair extensions varies by type, can last 6-12 months with proper care, 6-8 weeks between reinstallations, sew-ins last 6-8 weeks, and Boho extensions can last 3-4 months.
Are your extensions made from real human hair?
Yes, we specialize in 100% human hair extensions from single donor.
Can I style my hair extensions with heat?
Yes! Our human hair extensions can be styled with heat tools just like your natural hair. We recommend using a heat protectant spray and keeping temperatures below 350°F to maintain the quality and longevity of your extensions.
How do I care for my hair extensions?

How many bundles or packs do I need?
This depends on your desired fullness and length. Generally, 2-3 bundles are sufficient for a full look, but we're happy to provide personalized recommendations based on your hair goals.
When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are emailed once your order has been processed and scanned by the carrier.
My tracking number isn’t updating. What does that mean?
Sometimes FedEx or USPS may delay updates. Allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for movement to appear.
Do you accept returns?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on hair extensions.
All sales are final once the product has been opened or used.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, Naked Eye Hair Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. A claim must be filed with the carrier.
My package is delayed — what do I do?
Shipping delays are controlled by the carrier. Please contact FedEx or USPS with your tracking number for updates.
Can I make changes to my order?
Order changes can be made within 3 hours of placing your order. After that window closes, we cannot modify or cancel the order.
How long does shipping take?
